I might agree with the cable tax if there was healthy competition. As it is, I'm awfully close already to cutting the cable TV cord. The tax might just make it happen.

Another big difference between the current location of the BOE and ATCO is the elevation. If the ATCO site is going to be used, the new equipment and storage should be raised up in order to reduce the possibility of future flooding impacts.

Amendments to the US constitution do not require ratification by ALL states, only 2/3 of them. And when the 16th was ratified in 1913, Ohio had been a state for nearly 110 years!
