Chef Alfonso Contrisciani will present a unique small plate dining experience for our ticketed guests at Rhapsody Fine Dining Restaurant on Wednesday, June 15 beginning at 6 p.m.

Contrisciani who is executive director, certified master chef at Hocking College, charcutier', president Oliver Farms LLC & Perry County Farmers Market Co-op will be joined by Taste of Home Culinary Specialist, Dana Elliott, who will be presenting the LIVE Cooking Demonstration on Thursday at Stuart's Opera House.  

The small plate meal will consist of the following menu and includes a glass of wine. The restaurant will be closed to the general public and a cash bar will be available.
