Letter: Kudos to deputy who runs Internet predator program

To the Editor:
I read the article in your paper last week about Deputy Sherrie Norman and the Internet program. I had to write you a letter and voice my opinion. I think, after reading that article, that you have found your number-one woman for the Women in Athens issue this coming Monday! I can’t wait to see that special issue every year, to see what the women in Athens are involved in.
And after reading that article and seeing all that this particular woman is involved in, it absolutely amazes me. I don’t get blown away by too many things, and I certainly don’t write letters to the editor, but over this article, I am.
She is an inspiration to me, and I’m sure she is inspiring to many who know her. So if it means anything, she has my vote to be recognized over anyone I’ve seen yet for Athens County!
