Habitat for Humanity International was founded in 1976. Since then it has built safe, affordable homes for millions of families in need world -wide. It does this by branching into affiliates, like the Athens County Habitat for Humanity, which services this area only. Other counties have their respective affiliates. ACHFH branches into three volunteer coalitions that work tirelessly year-round at fundraising. And when it comes time to build, they build, too.
