The ABC Players' musical production of "Hansel and Gretel" - a
Christmas story about a poor family whose children wander into the deep
woods, where they find a witch who lives in a gingerbread cottage - will
kick off the holiday season at Stuart's Opera House this Friday through
Sunday.

play "Assassins," thesecond
production of the Ohio University School of Theater's 2012-2013 season.
Students of the Hocking College School of Music will put on two benefit shows to

The Fur Peace Ranch, a music instructional camp owned
and operated by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jorma Kaukonen and his wife,
Vanessa, has announced its concert series to begin the Meigs County's
facility's 16th year of operation in March 2013.
Beginning today (Thursday, Nov. 1) and running through Sunday, Nov. 4,
Stuart's Opera House will host performances of "Nightfall with Edgar
Allan Poe," written by Eric Coble and directed by Miranda Miller of the
ABC Players.
