OU Art/Design school to present art exhibit

The 2014 Ohio University School of Art and Design Faculty Exhibition will present its biennial exhibition of original artwork, including graphic design, painting, sculpture, prints, photography, drawing, ceramics, video and installation art, at Kennedy Museum of Art this Friday, Jan. 17, through Sunday, March 16. An opening reception will be held Friday from 6-8 p.m.

OVST selects ‘The King and I’ for summer show 2014

"Annie," "Oliver!" and "The Music Man" have been staged. "Hello, Dolly!," "Oklahoma!" and "Fiddler on the Roof" are in the history books. One popular musical never yet launched by Athens-based Ohio Valley Summer Theater (OVST) since it started its collaborative Ohio University-community productions in 1951 is finally slated for June 2014, according to a news release.
