Flash mobsters perform for a good cause
Part of One Billion Rising worldwide movement
The women of the Athens Black Contemporary Dancers put on a show in collaboration with the "Vagina Monologues" for the cause, One Billion Rising, Thursday at Ohio University. The flash mob outside the fourth floor of Baker Center lasted only a few minutes and was only one of many performed around the world on Valentine's Day.
The One Billion Rising movement was organized to protest violence against women, and united millions of people in solidarity for the cause. To learn more about One Billion Rising, visit onebillionrising.org.
