Catherine Brown Memorial Service
A memorial service for Catherine Brown Ph.D will be held Friday, October 7 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 242 for Baker Center on the Ohio University Campus.
She was a professor, teacher, coach, student, international athlete, official, member of the 2012 class of the Field Hockey Coaches Hall of Fame, a reluctant member of the Ohio University Athletic Hall of Fame and a tireless crusader for women's rights.
She died August 6, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus at the age of 80.
