Feminist choir to perform two concerts
Photo Caption: The Calliope Feminist Choir is performing its “The Women Gather” concert on both Saturday and Sunday at ARTS/West.
Calliope Feminist Choir is presenting its Spring Concert this Saturday and Sunday at ARTS/West in Athens.
The concert, titled "The Women Gather," is being performed Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at ARTS/West, 132 W. State St.
Guest artists will include Gay Dalzell, Julia Farver, Duane Bogart and John Saunders.
Tickets are available at Blue Eagle Music and Hyacinth Bean, from Calliope members, and at the door.
Overflow parking is available at Athens Middle School, and a reception will follow each Calliope concert.
