‘Smoke’ Barrett has the experience and work ethic to be commissioner
To the Editor:
Vote for Paul (Smoke) Barrett for Athens County commissioner.
Smoke Barrett currently serves as trustee for Trimble Township and works extremely hard for the betterment of his township.
Smoke has been a dedicated Democrat and has devoted much of his life to the betterment of good-paying jobs in southeast Ohio.
He has been an active member of the Athens County Township Association and has used them for advice and to buy road materials at a cheaper price.
He has worked extremely hard to bring grants and additional money to the township to upgrade the roads and equipment.
He has worked at many union jobs in his life and has the experience to work on the many problems Athens County is facing.
Elect Smoke Barrett as a person who will work for all the citizens of Athens County. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
