Engineer’s race has a clear choice; Stanley’s the right man
To the Editor:
The race for Athens County engineer has a clear choice. Archie Stanley has proven he is worthy of our votes. For 32 years he has managed taxpayer money successfully. He has been criticized for carryover in the past. That carryover has kept us responsible when revenues fluctuated with the economic downturn. It also kept us responsible when heavy rains earlier this year sent our county into a natural disaster. Issues change from year to year, but the one constant is that Archie Stanley has successfully steered Athens County through them all.
Archie Stanley, you have my vote!
