Michael Anthony Brozak

 Michael Anthony Brozak, 24, of Hammond, Indiana, formerly of Stewart, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 in Hammond, Indiana.

Born September 22, 1986 in Marietta, he was the son of Michael G. Brozak of Athens and Kimberly Price Brozak of Zaleski.

He attended Federal Hocking School District and graduated from Alexander High School in 2005. He attended Hocking College and was an avid outdoorsman.

Besides his parents, he is survived by four siblings, George Brozak of Illinois, Lisa Brozak of New England, Kyle Brozak of Zaleski, Marianne Elizabeth Brozak of Zaleski; a niece, Jamie; four nephews, Phillip, Dwayne, Alex, Nathan; and his maternal grandmother, Nola Price of Zanesville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mike and Verdell Brozak; and his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Price.

Services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Monte McCune officiating. Burial will be in New England Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.
