But after the cavalcade of coaches, administrators and media members concluded their meet and greet shortly after the press conference, one thing had not changed.>>

Ohio University named a new athletics director this afternoon (Monday), hiring a man who held the same position for the past nine years at Wichita State University in Kansas. President Roderick J. Bobcats fall to Bradley comeback; season over

The Ohio Bobcat men's basketball season is over. The Bradley Braves defeated the Ohio Bobcats 79-73 Monday evening in the quarterfinals of the College Basketball Invitational at Carver Arena. The Braves improved to 19-15 overall, while Ohio finished its season at 20-13.>>

Ohio University"s men"s basketball team waited till late Sunday to find out if they would receive a bid to a new post-season tournament. The Bobcats were left on the outside, looking in, at the NCAA men"s tournament, as well as the National Invitational Tournament. However, the "Cats have a shot at the new College Basketball Invitational, whose 16 teams were supposed to be announced Sunday night after the NCAA announced its field of 65 teams.>>
